Fu Ying (born January 1953 in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia; ethnic Mongol) is the current vice foreign minister of the People's Republic of China.〔http://www.fmprc.gov.cn/eng/wjb/zygy/gyjl/FuYing_eng/〕 She was the Chinese ambassador to the United Kingdom from March 2007 to 2009. From 2004 to 2007 she was the ambassador to Australia.
